Unfair rivalry on the telecommunication services market

Everybody must realize that a minute is composed of sixty seconds. But newly one of the IDT corporations declared that lots of companies, that sell phone cards, give just 36 seconds in exchange of 60. Lots of world-known corporations asserted that it can't be any upright competition if one of rivals has unfair benefit before the start of a rivalry. As different corporations-providers of prepaid phone cards resorted to the unjust rivalry actions, IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) made a resolve to defend their rights using the legal methods.

According to IDT press release, some of their competitors only provide 60 percent of the declared minutes to the client. In November 2007 Total Call International, Inc. and IDT/UTA have received a complete settlement of the suit delivered by IDT Telecom, Inc. and Union Telecard Alliance, LLC against Total Call. It is the fourth group of accused that have resolved the litigation commenced by IDT/UTA. Today there is a roll of another defendants includes about six companies and some of them are: Epana Networks Inc., Dollar Phone Corp., etc.. IDT/UTA's lawsuit versus the residuary accused is still continuing in federal court in Newark, New Jersey. To make everybody know the new phone service conditions and payment mode, one of the corporations placed the advertising information on their website.
